Lotto: There was no winner of last weeks lotto, which was held on Tuesday 30th Nov due to weather. The jackpot was 3,700 and numbers drawn were 4,12,13,25. Thanks to all the sellers for the efforts in selling these tickets throughout the year.

Sympathies: The club wishes to extend its sympathies to the family and friends of Liam Lynch who passed away early last week. Liam Lynch lined out under the name of Knockmeal Rangers back in the 1940s and early '50s. In 1949 Liam was a member of the North junior championship winning team. For many
years Liam was a well known figure in and around the surrounds of Semple Stadium he gave generously of his time to work as a steward. The GAA and hurling have always been very dear to his heart and he received the Sean Gael award in 2006 in recognition of contribution to the GAA, he was also serving as joint president of the Ballinahinch GAA club for the past few years. May he rest in peace.
