U-12 Football: Best of luck to our U-12 team who play Portroe in the semi-final this Friday night in Portroe at 6:30 pm. Training as usual every Wednesday night for 8's/10's & 12's.

Secondary Schools County Athletics: Congratulations to Emma Hennessy who won the Minor girls County schools long jump recently. Emma was also part of the 4X100 m relay team which also won County Minor gold at these events. Well done to Emma & her colleagues in Newport secondary school.
County Juvenile Athletics: The County Juvenile Athletics championships took place in Templemore last Sunday, in very blustery conditions. Well done to all our local athletes who braved the elements & participated in these County championships. Congratulations to Aimee Hayde who won gold in the girls U-10 500m. We now have a new County champion in Aimee. Well done to Aimee. Congratulations also, to Sarah Hennessy who won silver in the U-11 High Jump & silver in the U-11 Long Jump; & to Sean Carolan who won silver in boys U-12 Shot Putt, silver in 60m sprint, silver in Long Jump & gold in boys U-12 relay. Well done to all our local athletes on some great displays throughout the day.

Ballinahinch/Killoscully Community Games: will take place on Sun 13th May next @ 5 pm in GAA grounds in Shallee. Please try & have all children registered prior to the day. For further information, please contact Christine Hennessy or any member of the committee.

Junior: The 'C' hurling League started last Sunday against Borris-ileigh. Playing with the wind in the first half we built up a big lead and carried the work rate into the second-half to ensure the victory. Well done to all involved.

Fundraiser: An auction and raffle will take place in An Bonnain Bui, Ballinahinch on Friday 18th May, this is the first part of a fundraising effort to raise money for Milford Hospice, with a major cycle event later in the summer also. See posters for more details and please support the lads in their fundraising efforts.

Lotto: There was no winner in last week's (23rd Apr) lotto draw. The jackpot was €2,400 and the numbers drawn were 8, 15, 20, 25.
