Intermediate: In the county hurling league last week, we lost to Ballina on a scoreline of 0-13 to 0-09. This puts us into a Quarter final against the winners of Aherlow and Clonakenny. Best of luck to the team who play in the North Championship this Saturday against Silvermines in Templederry.

Junior: In a busy period for the junior team, we had two wins against Kildangan (4-22 to 2-08) and Shannon Rovers (2-10 to 1-07) last week. We have now qualified for the semi-final of the league, with our last group game against Knockshegowna to decide our final position.

U21 and Minor: These championships resume after the exams. All players are asked to attend training for upcoming matches.

Cúl Camps: It's almost Cúl Camp time again. This years camp is on August 15th to 19th from 10am to 2:30pm each day in Newport. To book your place contact any juvenile officer for a form or register on line at www.vhiculcamps.gaa.ie. Kits will be given out approx Aug 1st.

Lotto: The draw for 13th June produced no winner. The numbers drawn were 5, 9, 17, 23. The next jackpot will be EUR4,400.

Sympathy: The club wishes to extend it sympathies to the family and friends of both Paddy Sheehan and Michael O'Riordan who passed away recently. May they rest in peace.
