U21: Ballinahinch Gaels took on Borrisokane in the North ‘B’ hurling final in Puckane last Sunday. It was a tight game throughout, with only a point in it at half time. Ballinahinch Gaels seemed to have done enough entering the last few minutes, when leading by two points, however Borrisokane scored a goal to take the victory. Hard luck to everyone involved with the team, a great effort was put in. See match report for further details.
