U-14 Camogie: Congratulations to the Newport/Ballinahinch U-14 Camogie team who beat Drom & Inch (2-03 to 1-00) in the County Feile Final last weekend. Well done to all our local ladies involved, & indeed to the whole team & mentors. These ladies are going from strength to strength.

U-12 Football: Gook luck to our U-12 football team who travel to Lorrha this weekend to play the third round of this group. Training again on Wednesday night.

Intermediate: We had our first win of the county hurling league against Sean Treacy's on Good Friday. We won on a scoreline of 2-13 to 1-8.

Junior: The draw for the 'C' hurling league has taken place, we play Borris-ileigh in the first round with Kilruane and Borrisokane in the group also.

Minor: Ballinahinch Gaels won the first round of the 'B' championship against Borris-ileigh in a close game 2-10 to 2-07. Next up is Silvermines in Shallee at 6.45pm on Wednesday 11th April.

Lotto: There was no winner of last weeks (2nd April), numbers drawn were 12, 15, 18, 27. The draw for €2,100 on 9th April also produced no winner. The numbers drawn were 9, 12, 15, 20.
