Peadar Cummins: North Tipperary U14 Divisional Hurling team will take part in the annual Peadar Cummins Hurling Tournament next Saturday. The Tournament honours Peadar Cummins who was one of the great GAA servants to both Borris-Ileigh and Tipperary GAA.
The four divisions take part each year and this year. North will play Mid Tipp in the semi final in Borrisoleigh, throw in at 11.00am. The second semi final sees Mid play West Tipp at The Ragg. The Plate final will be played at 12.30 at Borrisoleigh followed by the Cup Final Proper at .45pm
The North panel has been well prepared under the guidance of selectors, Seamus Doran (Roscrea); Mark Gennery (Portroe); and Peter Carroll (Burgess).

U14 'A' Football: Congrats to Nenagh Éire Óg who regained the North U14 'A' Football final when they defeated Newport/Ballinahinch 0-9 to 1-2 at Ballina last Monday evening. See match report next week.

U-14 'A' Hurling: Nenagh Éire Og became leaders in the U14 'A' Hurling championship following a win over Toomevara. Kilruane's victory over Moneygall brings them to joint second place along side Toomevara. Both Moneygall and Moneygall remain pointless.
