U14: Newport Gaels hurlers defeated Lorrha/ShannonRovers 3-09 to 2-04 in the North Semi-final. They now play Burgess
in the North final.

U16: The hurlers await the completion of the other group games to find out if they have qualifed for the knock out
stages of the championship.

Tipperary: Well done to Shane McGrath and David Gleeson on their performances in Croke Park on Sunday. Hard luck to
Shane and the senior team on the result. Davy scored one goal as the minor team progressed to the final.

Lotto: There was no winner of last weeks lotto draw. The jackpot now stands at €10,000.

 

Cycle: GAA Club cycle on Sunday Sept 27th. There will be 20km, 50km & 100km routes. More details to follow in coming weeks.
