U14 'A' Hurling Final: Congrats to Nenagh Éire Óg who made it three-in-a-row when they defeated Kilruane MacDonaghs in the North U14 'A' Hurling final at Puckane last Saturday evening. This was Nenagh's tenth North U14 title. Philiip Kelly refereed this game.
U14 'B' Hurling: Borrisokane must wait having reached the final with a win over Newport/Ballinahinch in last Friday evening's semi final. Final score - Borrisokane 2-9 Newport/Ballinahinch 2-5. The second semi between Borris-Ileigh v Shannon Rovers Gaels is fixed for August 30.

This means that Nenagh Eire Og have outright first position with Toomevara clear into second place. However Kilruane MacDonaghs, Newport/Ballinahinch and Roscrea are level on eight points which means a three-way play-off for the final two semi final spots. Those games to be played very soon.
